2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch orders within:
1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g., festive seasons).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier partner's website or through our website.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the details provided below.
5. Unserviceable Pin Codes
While we strive to deliver across all of India, certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
You may check if your pin code is serviceable during checkout before placing your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
Share your order number and photographs of the damaged package (if applicable)
We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
7. Accuracy of Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Urban Sparkles will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.
