At Urban Sparkles, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoice must be included
The item must not have been altered, resized, engraved, or repaired
The item must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in
📌 Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customised or personalised jewellery (engraved, made-to-order, or altered as per customer request)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used
Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events. (unless defective)
Gift cards or vouchers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at support@urbansparkles.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs and 360 degree unpacking video of the item.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or rejection.
Step 3: If approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. Please pack the item in the presence of the courier agent.
Step 4: Share the return tracking number with us via email after dispatch.
📌 We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Urban Sparkles will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If the return is approved:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated
📌 If the returned item does not pass quality inspection (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, damaged packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your Order ID
Clear photographs or a 360 degree video of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to you. In such cases, the 7-day return window does not apply.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently Do not offer exchanges of items.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, email us at support@urbansparkles.in with your Order ID as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. — the return process must be followed instead.
For customised or made-to-order jewellery, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, as production begins immediately.
